Prior to engaging with Road Ahead Driving Academy for driver training services, we ask that you carefully review the following policies.
By utilizing our services and checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
No refunds. No exceptions.
Payments are non-refundable because lesson appointments are reserved specifically for each student. Late cancellations, no-shows, and lessons that cannot take place because the student does not have the required permit or license prevent that appointment time from being made available to another student.
Lesson Cancellation
We require a minimum of 48 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling a driving lesson without incurring a penalty.
Please be aware that driving lessons are conducted rain or shine. In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hour notice, for any reason including but not limited to inclement weather, a $90 charge will apply for rescheduling.
No exceptions will be made.
Lateness Policy
Our instructors will wait for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of the lesson.
If you arrive late, the lesson will still conclude at the scheduled end time. Failure to arrive within the allotted 15 minutes will result in a no-show status. No exceptions will be made.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will result in a $90 charge for rescheduling, or forfeiture of the lesson altogether. No exceptions will be made.
Package Payment Policy
All package payments must be made in full prior to scheduling any sessions.
You can conveniently register, pay, and schedule online, or if you prefer, contact our office at (949) 326-7615 during office hours to complete your registration and payment over the phone.
Prices
Our prices are effective at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Permit/License Requirements
It is imperative that you possess a valid California Minor’s (Learner’s) Permit, Driver’s License, or International License at the time of the lesson.
Failure to provide the required documentation will result in a $90 charge for rescheduling. No exceptions will be made.
Certificate of Completion
Upon completion of 6 hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction, Road Ahead Driving Academy will issue a Certificate of Completion, also known as the Golden Ticket.
This certificate is required by teenagers aged 15½–17½ when taking the road test at the DMV.
A $45.00 certificate fee will apply to all packages purchased via Yelp or Groupon.
In the event that the certificate is lost and requires replacement, a $90 fee will apply.
